1. We, Analog Technologies, Inc., are the original designer and manufacturer of the Super Enclosure and the Super Resistor/Capacitor/Inductor Kits.

2. There are two authorized distributors, Engineering Lab and Jameco Electronics, for our empty super enclosure.

3. There are no authorized super resistor/capacitor/inductor kits distributors for us.

4. Some unauthorized parties are selling our products over the internet. We have sent them warning messages to tell them to stop and reserve the rights for taking further legal actions if they do not stop.

5. If you have become the victim of the fraud, please get your money back from them immediately and contact us.
